Oceanside Middle School

Oceanside Middle School is proud to work to raise money and awareness
for "Save the Earth" this school year. Through activities and projects
we hope to have all of our students and families become more aware of
how they can make a difference to save our environment. All students in
our school will be involved in a green activity during the year.

Our fundraising for Save the Earth is not only exciting but will also
help increase awareness. On December 13, 2007 our OMS Idol Show is
being held to raise money for this foundation. All profits from this
show will be donated. Our district's Oceanside Math and Technology Day
will be held this spring with the theme "Oceanside Goes Green" to also
increase awareness. The fundraising part of our Team Spirit activity in
March will be devoted to raising money for Save the Earth as well. All
of our students will be involved in this activity and we will include a
"green activity" as part of the competition in order to increase
understanding of the importance of getting involved in saving our
environment. We will continue to add events and activities throughout
the year.

Save the Earth Auction
